Fall Ball~Taking sign ups now

Featuring: Missy Traversi along with post specialist Heather Ernest.
Purpose: Tune up and prepare for basketball tryouts
Location: Wrentham Developmental Center, Quinn Gymnasium
- 131 Emerald Street, Wrentham, MA
Sessions: Eleven-week program
- Beginning September 15 and ending November 24
- Twice a week
- 21 sessions total
Time: Tuesdays and Thursdays
- 5:00-6:00 PM: Grades 6, 7 and 8
- 6:00-7:00 PM: Grades 9-12-High school only!
60-Minute Program: DYNAMIC WARM-UP/JUMP PROGRAM, GUARD AND POST POSITIONAL STRATEGY, OFFENSIVE AND DEFENSE DRILLING, SHOOTING, BALL HANDLING, FULL COURT TRANSITION DRILLS, FREE THROW SHOOTING, CONDITIONING AND SCRIMAGGING.
Fall Ball Packages “Purchased in advanced”
- SEVEN sessions $175
- FOURTEEN sessions $275
- TWENTY ONE sessions $350
- “Pay as you go” $30 per session
