Fall Ball~Taking sign ups now

Featuring: Missy Traversi along with post specialist Heather Ernest.
Purpose: Tune up and prepare for basketball tryouts
Location: Wrentham Developmental Center, Quinn Gymnasium
- 131 Emerald Street, Wrentham, MA
Sessions: Eleven-week program
- Beginning September 15 and ending November 24
- Twice a week
- 21 sessions total
Time: Tuesdays and Thursdays
- 5:00-6:00 PM: Grades 6, 7 and 8
- 6:00-7:00 PM: Grades 9-12-High school only!
60-Minute Program: DYNAMIC WARM-UP/JUMP PROGRAM, GUARD AND POST POSITIONAL STRATEGY, OFFENSIVE AND DEFENSE DRILLING, SHOOTING, BALL HANDLING, FULL COURT TRANSITION DRILLS, FREE THROW SHOOTING, CONDITIONING AND SCRIMAGGING.
Fall Ball Packages “Purchased in advanced”
- SEVEN sessions $175
- FOURTEEN sessions $275
- TWENTY ONE sessions $350
- “Pay as you go” $30 per session

Dover Sherborn April & August Clinics

PERFECT PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT!
Practice doesn’t make perfect! Perfect practice makes perfect and that is why it is with great pleasure that we announce the Dover-Sherborn youth girl’s basketball clinics. The April vacation and August summer clinics will kick-off April 21 and Aug 3.
DS Lady Raider Basketball Developmental Clinic will include:
• Guard and post positional strategy
• Offensive and defensive fundamental drilling (rebounding, shooting, ball handling, etc)
• Full court transition drills with 2 v 2, 3 v 3 and 5 v 5 scrimmages
• Competitions, prizes and much much more☺
Host: Sherborn Recreation along with Missy Traversi
• Dover Sherborn Head Girls Varsity Basketball Coach
• 2008-2009 season was named the Tri Valley League Coach of the Year
• Former player for the Division 1 University of Maine Women’s Basketball Team.
• Named to the all-conference America East first team, a member of Maine’s 1,000-point scoring club and professional basketball player in Sweden.
• Traversi was invited to the 2006 WNBA Chicago Sky training camp.
Staff: Head Varsity coach, JV coach and current varsity players.
